To strengthen our Healthcare & Scientific department, we are now looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy working internationally and have an affinity for Africa? Are you interested in exciting projects, such as equipping laboratories and hospitals – from incubators to intensive care units and complete operating room equipment? Do you enjoy managing your projects proactively, do you prefer working independently and are you an absolute team player? If you are looking for a new challenge on a permanent basis full-time or part-time (from 35 hours/week) in a small, friendly team, then you have come to the right place. YOUR TASKS

• Processing enquiries and international tenders
• Preparing offers, including cost calculations, discount and payment terms negotiations with suppliers and customers
• Project management: order and contract review, feasibility check of customer requirements, coordination and processing orders, order creation, monitoring delivery times
• Preparing shipments in coordination with our logistics department
• Invoice verification and issuing
• Data maintenance of offer and order data in the ERP-System
• Maintaining and expanding manufacturer contacts

YOUR PROFIL

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and/or Economics degree (B.A.)
• At least one year of professional experience, ideally in project business with international tenders
• Very good written and spoken English skills, any other foreign language is advantageous
• You have a good technical understanding, ideally around​​ Healthcare/Medical Technology
• You have strong communication and organizational skills, and you are competent in negotiating
• You enjoy working independently, proactively and think in a results-oriented manner
• Occasional travel brings you joy
• You are an absolute team player and can keep an overview in hectic times
