To strengthen our Healthcare & Scientific department, we are now looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d)

Are you interested in exciting projects, such as equipping laboratories and hospitals – from incubators to intensive care units and complete operating room equipment? YOUR TASKS
- Processing enquiries and international tenders
- Preparing offers, including cost calculations, discount and payment terms negotiations with suppliers and customers
- Project management: order and contract review, feasibility check of customer requirements, coordination and processing orders, order creation, monitoring delivery times
- Preparing shipments in coordination with our logistics department
- Invoice verification and issuing
- Data maintenance of offer and order data in the ERP-System
- Maintaining and expanding manufacturer contacts
YOUR PROFIL
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and/or Economics degree (B.A.)
- At least one year of professional experience, ideally in project business with international tenders
- Very good written and spoken English skills, any other foreign language is advantageous
- You have a good technical understanding, ideally around Healthcare/Medical Technology
- You have strong communication and organizational skills, and you are competent in negotiating
- You enjoy working independently, proactively and think in a results-oriented manner
- Occasional travel brings you joy
- You are an absolute team player and can keep an overview in hectic times
